Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated and updated based on the delivery method, the item, and the delivery location selected in your cart.

For non-European countries, customs duties or import taxes are due as soon as the parcel reaches its destination country. You will then be responsible for any additional customs clearance charges. As the seller has no control over these taxes, we cannot predict their amount. For more information and accurate pricing, please contact your local customs office.

The delivery times indicated are the average times observed with recognized carriers such as La Poste and GLS, and we cannot be held responsible for any delay by the carrier compared to the announced timelines. These delivery times begin once your order has been processed by our logistics department. Any in-stock order placed and paid for before 12 p.m. is processed and shipped the same day.

In accordance with the Châtel Law, we inform you that the maximum delivery time is 30 days after receipt of your payment.
